Salon Policies


While we understand most of our clients have children and it can be difficult to find supervision for them, doll house Hair Salon is meant to be a relaxing atmosphere where both you and our other clients can escape to be pampered. Having unsupervised children so near to the chemicals, hot irons, and sharp tools that are used throughout the salon puts their safety at risk. Therefore, we ask that you do not bring children into the salon unless they are receiving a service. We appreciate your cooperation in making the environment at doll house Hair Salon so enjoyable for all our clients


We value your business and you as a client, but please understand that our stylists have families to support and they depend on these appointments for their livelihood. We ask that you provide them with the courtesy of a timely cancellation or rescheduling, so that they can schedule other clients for services in the event of a cancellation.

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to any and all of your scheduled appointments, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee for each service not held. If you do cancel or reschedule your appointment to a later date less than 48-hours before your scheduled appointment then 50% of the fee for the service you scheduled will be charged to the credit card saved to your account. If a credit card has not been saved to your account, you will be required to bring your Doll House account current prior to receiving a new service. If you do not show up for your appointment, then 100% of the fee for the service you scheduled will be charged to the credit card saved to your account.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your appointment. When we cannot accommodate your appointment, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy as noted above.

Doll House understands that there are circumstances that may warrant a waiver of this policy. Doll House reserves the right to waive its Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion, on a case by case basis. Generally, a waiver of the Cancellation Fee will only be granted in the case of emergencies such as inclement weather or illness.

Only a Doll House manager or owner may waive the cancellation policy, and it is only binding if the waiver is confirmed in writing by email from the Doll House corporate email account,
